Porting PWB on MinnowBoard

Surprise : now we have PWB on X86 - Minnowboard. and soon on Dragonboard (to complete the series).

We have made also a big upgrade to PBM from which you can now set up also your Wi-FI board.

The SUP 1.10 now contains the published Apps and the unpublished HCSR04 for ultrasonic sensor.
